Payments must be made at the time of purchase.
Shipping Information
- Free Domestic Shipping on all US orders (No code/No Minimum Purchase)
- Free international shipping on orders over $75 (No code required)
- Free shipping does not apply to items fulfilled by Printful. Shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Domestic Shipping Information (US orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment this does not apple to Printful orders)
- Orders shipped USPS first class package with a tracking code
- Orders solely of stickers or prints are shipped with USPS first-class without a tracking code
International Orders: (Delivery time for international orders can vary based on your country’s customs clearance – typically takes 2-3 weeks)
- All international orders shipped with tracking (USPS First Class International)
- Free international shipping on orders over $75
- Shipping a pin or button is $3.50 (for as many pins or buttons combined)
- Shipping a T-shirt or tote bag is $10 and $7.50 for each additional T-shirt or tote bag.
- To reduce shipping costs, multiple T-shirt orders may ship separately.
- Shipping a mug is $20.00 and $10 for each additional item.
- Shipping for notebooks is $11.00 for as many combined.
- Stickers and prints do not count towards shipping cost as long as they are ordered with something else (otherwise, they ship at $2.5o for as many stickers or prints)
- Shipping for the Cats & Books Collection is $20.00 and $10 for each additional item.
- Unfortunately, I do not offer to ship to Chile, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam
- If you would like to make a large order and the shipping method is not provided, please contact me.
Please be sure all information (including address, items in the order, and name) are correct before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, please email shop@sociallyawkwardclub.com as soon as possible. I cannot be liable for submitted mistakes once the order has shipped. If the order ships with the wrong address, the customer can pay the shipping cost to have the item sent to the correct address.
Please allow up to 3 business days after the order is placed for the order to be packaged and shipped out. (You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.)
Returns & Exchanges Policies
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If an order is through Printful please reach out to Printful for support.
Returns and exchange details
I do not offer refunds, but if an item arrives broken I will replace it with a similar item or, an item of your choosing from my shop.
